Shamrocks - The Town of Lawn has a deep history in the sport of soccer. It has been a rich tradition for many years that have seen several successful teams emerge as provincial champions including most recently, the Lawn 2009 Intermediate Champs. The "new" Shamrocks continue to represent the town, as did the great teams of the 60s and 80s. The boys in Kelly Green have been proud representatives of the people of Lawn and in turn, the community has been behind our teams all the way. Fan support has been unmeasured in comparison for such a small community. The people of lawn have a big heart for our Shamrocks supporting them both financially and emotionally throughout some financially difficult times. Whatever the community and its citizens could do to support their team, they did whole-heartedly and continue to do so in 2009/2010.
Enjoy some of the pictures made available to us from the Facebook Fan page - it should bring back some old memories and also some new ones.
